Our mobile massage services are subject to our terms and conditions. We ask that you read and agree to these terms before booking a massage. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if our terms and conditions are not met. Deposits are taken with each booking to secure your appointment We accept payment in cash or bank transfer and require payment at the end of each session. We will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries sustained during the massage. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Thank you for choosing XTR Massage Therapy, a premier provider of professional massage services at your chosen location, including home, hotel, or office.
These Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable policies, form a legally binding agreement between you and XTR Massage Therapy (“XTR Massage Therapy,” “XTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). XTR Massage Therapy operates as a sole proprietorship registered in England.

Cancellations
To secure each appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at xtrmassagetherapy@gmail.com or via text/call at 07443 894774. A minimum notice period of 48 hours is required prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable, so please carefully consider your booking.

"No Shows"
A “no show” is any appointment for which XTR has received no prior communication from the client and which has not been fulfilled due to one or more of the following:
1. The client is not at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
2. The client fails to remember the appointment.
3. The client does not answer at the designated location or respond to attempts to reach them via call or message.
In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.

Eligible Use

Our Services
XTR Massage Therapy provides booking and purchase services (“the Services”), which allow clients to book professional massage services performed by XTR Massage Therapy employees (“Professional Services”) and to purchase related products (“Products”).
We are a mobile service, traveling to the agreed-upon location to provide sessions. Given the varied locations, we implement safety measures consistent with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, including injury and incident reporting.

Service Disclaimer
In light of the current stigma associated with massage services, we expressly clarify that XTR Massage Therapy provides no sexual services or acts. We always obtain verbal or written consent from clients prior to treatment.
Should an XTR Massage Therapy Practitioner feel unsafe at any point during a session, the session will be immediately terminated, and an investigation will be conducted. This may include refund assessment or, if appropriate, police involvement.
We advise clients to review the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for further information on acceptable conduct.
Our mobile massage therapists are GPS-tracked, and we enforce safety protocols.
